  • An individualized plan focusing on your health and nutrition needs, that enhances rather than disrupts your lifestyle
  • One-on-one half-hour to hour sessions focusing on implementing your nutrition plan, including but not limited to:
    • Goal Setting
    • Daily Habits for What, When, and How to Eat
    • Kitchen Makeover
    • Grocery Store Tour
    • Basic Cooking
  • Constant tips, encouragement, and inspiration to support you on your journey
  • Individual yoga and/or meditation sessions
  • Tips on incorporating yoga and meditation within your daily life, including eating habits
